Tour Dates

  • KHUFU Tour – Monday August 31-Wednesday September 9, 2020
  • RAMSES Tour – Friday September 11-Sunday September 20, 2020

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

A minimum 50% deposit is required at the time of registration. Full payment must be made no later than 1 June, 2020.

Spaces will be limited on the tour so no reservation is confirmed until payment is received.

Within a few business days of submitting your request for registration, you will receive an invoice in US dollars from Creation Ministries International–US (the tour organizer) for the full cost of the tour for you and any travel companions for which you registered. The link to pay the invoice will take you to PayPal, but you do not have to have a PayPal account to pay with a credit card. If you want to pay from your bank account, you will need to set up a PayPal account and link it to your bank account. You will pay in US dollars and PayPal will charge you in your own local currency based upon the exchange rate at that time, plus currency conversion fees.

Places will be designated on a first come, first serve basis, so at least 50% of the total must be paid within seven (7) days of the date of the invoice to confirm your spot. If we do not receive payment within this time frame, your reservation will be cancelled. Full payment is due no later than 1 June 2020. Any balances will be subject to any potential currency rates at the time they are paid.

To take advantage of the 10% discount, the total cost of the tour for you and any travel companions for which you registered must be paid in full within seven (7) days of the receipt of the invoice. The reservation will not be held if it is not paid in full. Please contact us if, after receiving the invoice, you decide to pay a deposit of 50% rather than the full invoice.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that some parts of the tour, such as internal air travel, are booked and confirmed as soon as you have paid the deposit, and are non-refundable. For this reason, full refunds are not available.

  • All cancellations should be made in writing by fax or email.

  • Once you have paid either the full price of the tour or the 50% deposit, your reservation is confirmed. If you cancel from that date through February 29, we will retain 25% of the tour cost plus the cost of internal airfares which may or may not be refunded at the discretion of the airlines.
  • If you cancel from March 1 – April 15, 2020, we will retain 50% of the tour cost plus the cost of internal airfares which may or may not be refunded at the discretion of the airlines.
  • If you cancel from April 16 – June 11, 2020, we will retain 75% of the tour cost plus the cost of internal airfares which may or may not be refunded at the discretion of the airlines.
  • No cancellations after June 11, 2020. If you cancel after this date or fail to arrive in Cairo at the beginning of the tour, no refund will be given.

COVID-19 UPDATE AND SPECIAL EXEMPTION

In negotiation with our Egyptian agents, Memphis Tours, the following special cancellation rule will apply due to the current uncertainty surround the COVID-19 pandemic. Our first tour commences on 31 August, 2020. If, 14 days prior to this date (i.e. 17 August, 2020) your own government mandates a Level 4 do not travel advisory to Egypt, or if your own country is locked down and does not permit international travel, then CMI will refund 95% of your total tour fees (not including your own international airfares).

Please understand that CMI is also bound by cancellation policies. However, we realize that with the current cancellation policy (above) there is a greater incentive to cancel sooner than later in an effort to minimize potential cancellation losses due to the current crisis. We hope this additional exemption provides more confidence in waiting to see how this unprecedented pandemic situation plays out. However, if you wish to still cancel prior to this, the existing cancellation policy above will apply. Any refunds will be based upon the US tour price paid. Currency fluctuations may have occurred since that time.

Creation Ministries International urges all participants to purchase travel insurance as it is not provided by us nor the tour company. (Note: many credit card companies offer travel insurance if you use their cards to book your trip. Check with your card provider).
